# Privacy

**Data residency.** All data is hosted in Germany (Hetzner, Falkenstein/Nuremberg).

**What we capture.** The full HTTP requests you send to your bins — method, headers, query, and body. These are your data.

**IP addresses.** We never store your full source IP. We keep a coarse, truncated form for display and a salted hash for abuse correlation only.

**Retention.** Anonymous bins expire 7 days after the last activity (100 requests, ring-buffered). Accounts get 30 days / 1,000 requests. Expiry purges the database and object storage.

**Cookies.** We set only strictly necessary cookies: a `snare_bins` cookie that proves ownership of the anonymous bins you create, and a session cookie when you sign in. We use no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies and load no third-party scripts or fonts.

**Your rights.** Under the GDPR/DSGVO you have the right to access, rectify, export (portability), and erase your data, and to object to processing. You can delete a bin or your account at any time. For anything else, email info@pixelandprocess.de.

**Deletion.** You can delete a bin or clear its requests at any time — both purge storage immediately. Account deletion purges everything within 72 hours.

**Webhook secrets.** Secrets you enter to verify signatures are used in-session and never stored.

We never sell or mine captured payloads.
